
The costs attached to the Three-Step Plan are fixed according to prearranged
tariffs. A fixed percentage of the claim is charged for the first and second letters. The
same applies to the third step. The debtor is always ordered to pay the cost of the legal
proceedings, plus any extrajudicial costs, or the cost of collection plus interest.
The cost of the first and second letters is lower than you might think. You only pay a
percentage or a fixed sum which still works out lower than the 15% usually charged by
collection agencies or bailiffs.
